COULD NOT communicate withe the server!Please help! no replies

I've solved the "can't login" problem, but now i have another problem!! :-((
I can't upload photos on the server :-(((
I can create album or collection, but if i try to upload photos, i have an error message:"could not communicate with the server" :-((
Please help me!!!
I'have read a post about this problem.It expleins how to solve this problem modified the php.ini, but i can't modificate this file.The file is on the server of my provider :-((
